To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within a similar role and an excellent telephone manner. You will have the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities and meet performance standards and work to set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive in dealing with customer queries
Update applications with all customer contact and call information accurately on every call
To ensure that customer queries are dealt with promptly
Suggestions on improvements and reducing non cost effective activities
Delivering to agreed efficiency targets and service standards
Presenting and selling products and services via incoming calls
Closing the sale and filling out all the appropriate paperwork/systems
Meet and exceed sales, quality, attendance, timekeeping and productivity targets
Work towards department and Company goals.

This is a temporary role for 12 weeks with the view of going permanent.
Working Hours:
Monday - Sunday
07:00am -11:00pm
