A key Residential Layout Designer role within a growing team with this leading, high-quality house-builder

We're involved in an increasing number of developments in South Wales and need an experienced Residential Layout Designer, capable of producing consistently attractive layouts with good kerb appeal and commercially viable coverage, to join our team.

Ideally, the Residential Layout Designer will have strong local knowledge and contacts with planning authorities and be comfortable communicating at all levels. But your outstanding attribute will be the quality of your layout design. A real hands-on operator, self-motivated and with good people skills, you'll probably have experience in a large-scale housing environment. On the other hand, if you've worked alongside house-builders for either a design consultancy or architects' practice, we'd really like to hear from you. Experience of AutoCAD or Microstation will also be an advantage.

We have existing and proposed office locations in both the Llantrisant and Swansea areas and would be happy to consider your base at either location.
