Capita Total Document Solutions (CTDS) have expanded their scanning, storage and mailroom operation in Darlington. It is vital that CTDS have the right management framework to support continued business growth and also continue to achieve service levels agreed with and expected by our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a professional team not only managing existing contracts but playing an active role in the transition of new business into the operation.
Key Objectives:
* Gain an understanding of the business in terms of service offering capability and understanding how an outsourced mailroom operates;
* Have full awareness and understanding of contractual specifications and SLAs for each client/contract;
* Ensure SLA's are achieved and Ensure KPI's are used to identify under/overachievement against SLA's;
* Track costs and revenue forecasting financial variances;
* Regularly review supplier relationships to ensure CTDS receives the highest levels of customer service and value for money;
* Working with other areas of both the CTDS Business and the larger Capita Group (e.g. Sales & Marketing, Technical Support, Operations Director, Big Ticket Sales Team) foster a team based ethos ensuring positive interactions with both internal and external colleagues and customers;
* Contribute towards continued certification of ISO, OHSAS and security related standards;
Responsibilities Include:
* Manage resource effectively to ensure CTDS Operations achieves SLA's;
* Ensure KPI's and other supporting MI is available to help make informed management decisions;
* Ensure supporting costs and revenue information is available for management review weekly and monthly;
* Drive continuous improvement within the operation;
* Contribute to capacity planning for forecasted business;
* Be customer facing, manage customer expectations;
* Identify development needs within the existing management team and contribute towards skills development for contingency planning.
Essential Skills:
* Ability to manage a team to achieve operational SLA's;
* Ability to implement quality related measures to support operational delivery;
* Understanding and application of Capita HR procedures;
* Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external customers;
* Able to understand customer requirements with a view to enhancing existing service delivery offerings
