Grafton Banks Finance is working with this rapidly expanding business in East Sussex to recruit a Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for part qualified or newly qualified accountants to manage a small team in all aspects of Financial Control. As Financial Accountant you will be responsible for supervising and consolidating the financial reporting; reviewing all balance sheet journals and monthly reconciliations; preparing quarterly VAT returns; managing the fixed asset register; and preparing statutory accounts. Suitable applicants will be part qualified or qualified (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA) and will be able to demonstrate solid financial accounting experience gained in a fast paced environment. Team management skills would be beneficial and strong IT and inter personal skills are imperative.
