Candidates should have a stellar academic record and outstanding interpersonal and client communication skills. Good commercial acumen and experience from either a top tier litigation practice, another Offshore practice or a respected Chancery Chambers is preferred.
Recently called barristers with a few years' experience who are keen to move into an employed barrister position will also be considered. Jersey offers a fused profession for litigators, once qualified locally, so an interest in advocacy would be beneficial.
