Fantastic opportunity for experienced trusts lawyer to work in Bermuda. You will take a key role within the department and work closely with Group Heads on identifying client leads, marketing and maintaining good client relationships.

You will have significant pensions knowledge and trust litigation experience. You will have international estate planning experience and have extensive experience in advising on the setting up and efficient administration of family trusts for the benefit of living as well as future generations. You will also have advised on the setting up of commercial trusts (special purpose trusts) in connection with leasing and structured finance transactions. For this reason you are likely to come from the City or a leading private client firm in the UK or another Offshore firm.

You will have excellent technical and client management skills as well as be down to earth, possess the likeability factor and be able to mentor more junior team members as well as delegate, drive matters forward and generally manage workloads to make sure client demands are met effectively. Prior management experience would be advantageous.
