Electrical Engineer / Marine Engineer (Systems Design)

Position: Marine Electrical Systems Design Engineers
Location: Bath
Salary: £Competitive

ROLE:
They are looking for Electrical Engineers to work for them on a permanent or contract basis in Bath.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) HND/HNC and/or a degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering.
b) 440, 230, 115 and 24 V electrical systems experience essential.
c) High Voltage experience.
d) Electrical system design capabilities.
e) Ability to produce electrical distribution schematics, and technical specifications.
f) Understanding of the issues pertaining to the integration of electrical systems and equipment within ships or marine platforms.
g) Experience of dealing with equipment suppliers and manufacturers.
h) Knowledge of Lloyds Register Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Naval Ships, and/or Rules and Regulations for the Classification of Ships.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Ship-yard design experience desirable.
