Sales Advisors

We are an online loan broker service based in Bridgend. We currently have opportunities for Sales Advisors within our expanding Call Centre. You will be the focal point for all inbound and outbound calls and be able to identify customer needs, promoting appropriate products and services and attaining customer commitment as well as sales closure
A genuine desire to provide customer satisfaction will make you successful in this role and in return we offer you a great working environment, NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and on job training.
Job Description:

Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers' needs
To identify customer needs in terms of product placement
* Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers.
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
* Relationship building and building rapport with customers.
Document customer outcomes to add to our knowledge of reasons why customers choose to cancel their services with us.
Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation.
* Report regularly to team leader on all activities relating to the role.

Essential criteria for this role are:

Experience in a target driven role
A highly motivated, enthusiastic and determined personality
Excellent written and oral communication
The ability to work on your own and as part of a team

Permanent Role

Salary: £13,728 per annum

21 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Hours: 40 hours per week covering 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12noon Saturdays
