We are a leading firm of patent and trade mark attorneys based in Central London and Northampton. We pride ourselves on our high standards of professional service, tailoring our services to each client's particular business needs.
We require a Patent Secretary for our Electrical Department. The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support service to the Partner of the Department and his team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Strong secretarial skills
* Advanced Word and Outlook
* Excellent audio typing and copy typing skills
* Experience using Inprotech desirable
* Excellent organisational skills along with a flexible 'can do' approach.
You will need to have experience of working as a Patents Secretary and have experience of preparation of UK and European patent filings.
Salary up to 34,000
An opportunity also exists for a 12 month fixed-term maternity cover contract, salary up to 30,000.
