This corporate powerhouse seeks an experienced level associate to assist in the ever busy corporate team. The successful candidate is likely to have upwards of 4PQE doing corporate M&A work in another international firm or silver/ magic circle firm.

Asia experience in a sophisticated law firm would be advantageous but is not an absolute must. This firm's Asia presence is well established and it has one of the largest and most experienced teams of corporate and securities lawyers in the region. The team focuses on providing clients access to equity and debt capital markets, both public and private, in Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as throughout Japan, US and Europe.

You will have prior exposure to public and private company work including domestic, and international M&A, joint ventures, and divestitures. You will possess finely honed skills in the drafting, review and negotiation of merger, asset and stock acquisition agreements on both the buy and sell side. Prior securities experience would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
