My client school, based in the South West London is one of the better schools in the area. It has good facilities and is
well resourced throughout all departments. The school has a multi cultural intake and any experience working with EAL
would be beneficial for the successful Teaching Assistant.

The SEN team at this school is superb and is one of the most important parts of this Secondary School. The Inclusion
department plays a big part at this school and the SEN team tries to ensure all pupils get a rounded education. The
school uses its Teaching Assistants to maximise the learning the pupils receive throughout the Key Stages. As a TA at
this school you will not be an add on in the class, you will be an essential tool used by the senior leadership team to
