We have an exciting opportunity available to join one of the largest and most reputable training providers within the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support learners through a variety of Training Programmes. This position is
short term for between 3 and 6 months.

Start date will be 16th April 2012.

The Trainer will be supporting learners that are from marginal backgrounds and may include long term unemployed who are
mainly 16-18.

The Trainer will be responsible for the learner's achievement and success, through effective delivery of daily work plans
and exercises.

This Training Provider run a variety of NVQ 's which are based within the Contact Centre Environment.

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering different programmes which include:
- Customer Services
- Contact Centre
- Retail
- Business Administration
- IAG
- Key Skills
This is a multi purpose role so the Trainer will also be responsible for
- Mentoring a case load of learners to achieve their set qualification
- Supporting the learners with Key Skills and Functional Skills Programmes
- Achieving targets through outcomes and quality
- Providing Management Reports
- Develop individual learning and development plans for individual learners
- Preparing all training resources
- Conducting Interviews for potential learners onto the respective courses
The Trainer will require the following skills and experience
- Previous Experience of supporting learners from a vulnerable background
- Previous experience of delivering Skills based Learning and Assessment Programmes
- Experience of delivering training to groups/classroom based
- Assessors Qualification, D32, D33 or A1 is highly desirable
- PTLLS or equivalent essential
- Up to date knowledge of NVQ Programmes
- Own Transport and the role may involve travel to other sites
This role is subject to an enhanced CRB.

Salary 24,000 pro rata
