An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced QA Inspector to join a market leading fresh food produce manufacturer Based in Normanton West Yorkshire. This head office site has seen huge expansion over the past few years and is set to further expand with recent investment. Established in 2004 our client is well recognised in the FMCG industry.
Based in Normanton the site is commutable from Leeds, Manchester, Bradford, Wakefield, Warrington and Hull and is accessible from the M62 and M1.
You will be responsible for completing a full quality assurance inspection of products arriving on site in order to ensure the best quality of products are supplied.
Accountabilities:
Inspection of products at intake, packhouse, outloading and whilst on stock
Compilation of accurate quality reports for distribution within the company and to exporters
Accurate and concise decision making
Communication of the quality specification and standards to packhouse colleagues
Maintaining quality standards throughout the chain
The role would suit candidates who have Quality Assurance experience or those who are looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally you will have experience within fresh produce or the food industry.
