An exciting and challenging retail role for an experienced retail and customer service ambassador - based at Arco's regional Trade Counter in Ossett.

Due to increased demand, Arco are looking to appoint a Trade Counter Assistant to join a small and professional team within the Ossett branch.

Supporting the Trade Counter Manager and a network of external employees, the Trade Counter Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day to day retail operations of this particular regional branch in Ossett. The Trade Counter Assistant will be expected to provide a first class customer experience to all Arco's retail customers by providing quotes, pricing and selling merchandise, whilst managing stock levels at all times. Administrative duties will form part of the role along with face to face customer communications and handling any complaints.

The successful candidate must have excellent merchandising and customer service skills with experience of retail interaction. Numerical skills will be used daily for transaction and cashing up activities and knowledge of administration procedures is desirable. With excellent organisational skills, the successful candidate will also be a natural and confident communicator acting as the contact point for all trade counter staff. This is a full or part time position covering 6 Days per week including Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
