As skin care experts and an employer of choice in their field Dove Spa offer a range of unique products and skin care programmes, inspiring women to take great care of them selves.</p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the <strong>Salon Support Centre</strong> in <strong>Guildford, Surrey</strong> as a <strong>Booking Support Supervisor.</strong> The role is a <strong>fixed term contract</strong> supervising the operational requirements of a team of 3 within the central Booking Support Centre. We are passionate about our products, proud of our brand and looking for a high calibre individual with equal enthusiasm.</p><p>Guildford, Surrey; Commutable from Woking, Godalming, Aldershot, Farnborough, Camberley, Bracknell, Slough, Dorking and Sunbury.</p><p>The role requires someone with exceptional customer service skills as you will be responsible for answering the overflow incoming calls as well as handling guest complaints effectively over the phone and by email. You will be responsible for on-going training and development of your team and identifying their learning needs. You will need to have experience in handling a team and conducting performance reviews and setting objectives. You will need to have a good track record of coaching and development.</p><p>Ideally you will have an operational background as you will need to be able to resolve issues and queries within the team and salons using salon operational knowledge to understand and improve the function that the booking support centre provide. You will need to possess excellent analytical skills to monitor and produce the monthly call statistics reports. You will be responsible for evaluating trends and suggesting areas for growth and/or improvement with guest service as the key focus.</p><p><strong>Key requirements</strong></p><p>- Ability to inspire, motivate and engage a team</p><p>- Team management and performance management experience</p><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication</p><p>- Excellent numerical and analytical skills</p><p>- Customer service experience</p><p>- Technical ability of working with data manipulation</p><p>- Articulate</p><p>- Ability to use word and excel competently</p><p>- Have flexibility with working hours</p><p><strong>Need to be competent in: </strong></p><p><strong>- Running reports and stats monthly </strong></p><p>- Influencing/Relationship building with our Managers</p><p>- Delivering Results</p><p>- Coaching</p><p>- Decision Making</p><p>You will currently be a Booking Support Team Leader, Booking Support Supervisor, Reservations Support Supervisor or a Reservations Support Team Leader.
