join this leading national law firm. As a solicitor based in Reading you will be working in one of the most highly

The Role

This opportunity is for a Corporate Solicitor/ Associate / Senior Associate to be based in Reading. The work will include
assisting on and leading management buy-outs/ buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations.
You'd join a team of individuals, working in a positive, friendly, professional and cooperative culture. Energetic,
ambitious people thrive in this firm.



The Candidate

The successful banking solicitor will ideally have 5yrs plus relevant banking experience gained in a City, national or
large regional practice. The individual will be a real team player with excellent client communication skills.
