Compliance Advisor required for a leading Fianacial Services organisation.

Profile: Compliance Advisor

Location: Gloucestershire.

Salary 40000 per annum pro rata as this is a 12 month contract.

Work experience required: Previous Financial Services compliance experience essential and current knowledge of FSA regulations to advisor level.

Qualifications: Financial Services Diploma qualified

The Compliance Advisor will ensure that throughout the company, adequate processes and procedures are applied to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. This will be primarily achieved through themed compliance reviews; investigations; monitoring of Management Information and project work.

The Compliance Advisor will support the formulation of regulatory policy, review the outputs from FSA, and identify and support key regulatory developments at both an FSA and EU level, acting as a technical point of reference for various stakeholders and business areas, on regulatory policy.

The Compliance Advisor will ensure the output of work is in line with company values and principles of treating our clients fairly, making decisions with clients' best interests in mind, creating processes that meet the needs of our clients efficiently and effectively, using documents that are clear, easy to understand and avoid jargon and carrying out all business with integrity and professionalism.
