Field Based Representative Main Duties:

*Full field support of our Proactive Care System (PCS)
*Travel to new homes and support start-up and integration
*Troubleshoot at homes and surgeries
*Ensure compliance of local Service Level Agreement (SLA)
*Perform technical checks at the homes as required
*Actively promote all the services of Pharmacy Plus Limited
*React to areas of non compliance of procedures by care homes and tenaciously pursue them to fully utilise and gain
maximum benefit of Pharmacy Plus services
*Build and manage relationships with the client and surgery
*Undertake visits to the Head Office/ Hub as required
*Maintain and share your agreed work plan with required colleagues
*Co-ordinate and attend training days, exhibitions and events as required

Skills Profile:
Qualifications
-GCSEs (or equivalent demonstrable experience) in Maths and English
-Full Driving Licence

Qualifications
-A demonstrable background of building relationship with customers
-Previous experience of delivering training and coaching
-Previous experience of working on projects with set deadlines
-Care Home experience(Desirable)
-Working knowledge of the supply and administration of medicines (Desirable)
-Previous sales experience (Desirable)

Skills
-Excellent time management to include daily diary management
-Ability and willingness to be mobile and travel
-Sound knowledge of MS office including Excel, PowerPoint
-Confident, credible and professional style
-Flexible and adaptable
-Good negotiation and influencing skills
-Confidence in training small groups of people
