Crossroads Care was set up to support people who look after a friend or family member by taking over their caring responsibilities for a short time.
Crossroads Care are looking for committed support staff to join the team working in the Coventry, North Warwickshire or Nuneaton and Bedworth areas.
The role is to provide support and assistance to disabled, elderly or frail people with care needs.
To undertake the tasks specified in the care plan which may include the following responsibilities.
- Personal care,
- Taking to appointments,
- Meal preparation,
- Providing a safe environment,
- Providing physical and emotional support,

Prior experience in caring for someone is desirable but not essential as training in all aspects of care is provided.
