Education Recruitment Consultancy is a full 360 role, from winning new business, sourcing and registering new candidates, through to candidate placement, meeting with School Business Managers, Supply Coordinators and even Head Teachers. No two days are ever the same and you will need to be able to think and act quickly, whilst having limitless self-motivation and being ruthlessly organised.
