We are a leading Business Process Outsourcing company and within our RPO business, we are responsible for delivering the recruitment solution to this prestigious client, an international Media organisation.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an in-house/on-site Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London for a one year contract. The role is to manage recruitment campaigns and deliver a seamless recruitment service in line with the service model, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant with a track record of delivering an effective end to end recruitment solution either on a client-site or in-house. You will have experience of a range of recruitment models and methods including an innovative attraction approach, pre-screening, assessment methods and candidate management.

You will have strong Technical Recruitment background coupled with experience in delivering client-focused solutions, working to stretching personal targets, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met. You will be self-motivated, able to work autonomously in a highly organised manner, with good administrative skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to be able to develop good relationships with others and manage client expectations.
