Rullion IT Plus are working with a top tier Bank to help them find excellent candidates for a Solutions Designer position focusing on a strategic transformation of it's Corporate Internet Banking channel for Cash & Trade. Based in Canary Wharf, the role is paying between 40k - 50k DOE plus benefits and bonus.
The role will entail a mix of Business Analysis, Solutions Delivery, and Strategy development.
This will encompass elements of:
- co-ordinating requirements gathering and workshops
- documenting requirements (business, functional, non-functional)
- modelling business processes
- analysis of data structures
- supporting conceptual solutions designs (in close conjunction with Solutions Architects)
- managing end-to-end delivery of workstreams (managing multi-disciplined implementation teams)
- authoring solutions/technical documentation
- acting as SME throughout entire project life cycle for development and test teams
What experience do you need?
- An excellent delivery track record
- Excellent business and technical facing analysis skills
- Exceptional communications skills, with experience of managing and challenging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops
- Data analysis and modelling experience, particularly SQL and databases
- Formal modelling techniques (UML)
- Experience of managing solutions delivery
Previous experience in Cash Management channels within Corporate or Wholesale banking would be very advantageous. Any candidates with a formal qualification within business/technical analysis (ie ISEB, TOGAF, IIBA. etc) would be desirable, as would exposure to Agile/LEAN disciplines.
