OVERVIEW:
* POS register and POS printer component level repair
* Laptop, desktop component level repair
* Basic printer and basic Laser (non multi-function) component level repair
* Scripted image, patches, and anti-virus loads
* Basic software configuration and system backups
* Basic low end multi-function printer replacement and scripted configuration
* Wireless access whole unit replacement
* Smart Hands, executes defined OEM instructions
* Basic cable troubleshooting
* Install, test and operates basic operating system software
* Ability to handle warranty certification calls
REQUIREMENTS:
* Desktop and laptop break-fix experience
* POS and printer experience
* CompTIA A+ certification (mandatory)
* Ability to read and follow written directions
* Ability to write legibly and accurately
* Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
* Reliable transportation
* Must pass background and drug check as required
* Basic client level communications skills
* Ability to work productively with minimal direction
