* Manages projects of 80 hours to 1000 hours using the Client Delivery Methodology
* Sales-team interaction
* Communicates directly with customer, account teams and services sales to ensure expectations are understood, documented, and progress is reported
* Multiple Project Management
* Simultaneously manages 5-10 customer engagements
* Assists other project managers
* Receives assignments from district PM or resource manager
* Predict milestone completion
* Reports milestone status to district PM
* Perform project reviews
* Reports lessons learned to district PM and senior TC
* PMP and/or ITIL certs a plus only
ADM SKILL SET:
