A highly reputable London Borough is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join their team as soon as possible.

This placement is for a general litigation lawyer. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake routine hearings in the county court and be able to act with the minimum of reliance upon counsel.

The candidate must have a good understanding of civil litigation and court procedures.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team dealing with enforcement and civil litigation, such as homelessness possession cases, S204 appeals and other miscellaneous civil litigation. Previous substantial experience is essential. The role will be for three months initially.
