Commercial Law Solicitor

Commercial Law Solicitor, Birmingham

Top 100 UK Law Firm requires a Commercial / IT solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE to join their busy Birmingham team.

You'll have a background in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements including: complex IP and IT agreements, advising on outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts and complex commercial projects.

You'll have a good degree and will have trained at a City firm or a large regional practice.


Any data protection and privacy regulation experience will also be considered an advantage.
