Job Title: Part time Groundskeeper
Location: Richmond
Salary: circa £7/8ph

Part time Groundskeeper required -circa £7/8ph

Weekend position available at prestigious rugby ground in Richmond; must be available every weekend August - June. Flexible hours required; occasional evening or mid-week work also.

Role requires assertive and approachable individual to be the first point of contact for players & spectators on match days. Responsible for keeping the grounds presentable, pre and post match duties, enforcing ground rules, adhering to health & safety regulations and assisting in emergency situations if, as and when necessary.

Would suit responsible and resourceful candidate with previous caretaking experience or similar. Successful candidate must provide satisfactory references and be CRB checked.

Duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Flagging up pitches
-Doing all pre match safety checks
-Ensure match board is correct
-Allocating changing room keys and valuables bags
-Point of contact for players and supporters
-Ensuring dogs are not brought into the ground
-Security of changing rooms
-Ensuring the ground is clean & tidy & cleaning / tidying up if necessary
-Doing post match checks
-Pitch inspections
-Other duties as required by the GM or Directors
