A Cisco Frontline Agent will act as first point of contact for any Cisco Customer, Partner or Employee, providing support by telephone and email.

A Frontline Agent will be responsible for solving customer problems, from redirecting calls to arranging an engineer visit and educating the customer on their issue using the Cisco website. Professional interaction with the customer is essential, so excellent telephone skills are necessary.

Candidates should...

* Be fluent in written and spoken German & English

* Have 6 months outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment

* Have experience of Office programs and the internet, and an interest in networking

* Demonstrate experience of working in a team based environment, supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale

* Have the ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload

* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Demonstrate resilience and ability to work on own initiative

* Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills

* Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets

* Must have valid UK work permit if necessary
