Contract Manager required for a 6 month contract based in Johannesburg.
Experience in handling civil works/infrastructure construction contracts - ideally in GSM project construction/road and earthworks/general civil construction.
Experience in dealing Contracts with Subcontractors/Suppliers
Familiarity with working for construction contracts.
Legal background an advantage, but not essential
A distinct advantage: Technically minded with experience of the telecommunications sector, ideally in infrastructure build - GSM project.
Strong customer facing skills and negotiation experience when dealing with experienced contractors and consultants
Experience in handling disputes related to variations/penalties etc.
Experience in handling sub-contractor contracts and enforcing controls in accordance with GSM project, aligning deliverables to agreed client contract.
Candidate must be South African Nationals.
