SAP E-Sourcing (Frictionless) Consultant - UK - Permanent

We are looking for an experienced SAP e-Sourcing (Frictionless) consultant for a permanent position in the UK with a leading global consultancy. An experienced SAP eSourcing (previously Frictionless) consultant responsible for leading eSourcing delivery activities within the UK's Supply Chain SAP Business.

The role will require working with customers to help gather Sourcing business process requirements, design, build and deploy eSourcing solutions for those requirements. In addition to their specific eSourcing skills, the successful candidate is expected to have a sound background in both SAP SRM and ECC6 Procurement solutions.

Core skills will include detailed knowledge of the specific eSourcing (ex Frictionless) SAP application as well as knowledge of how best to design integration to other related SAP and ERP products. The successful candidate is expected to be able to architect solutions as part of sales propositions and follow these through to delivery.

Person Profile (essential/desirable qualifications, experience, knowledge):

We are looking for candidates with the following key skills

-SAP eSourcing knowledge in terms of overall architecture, processes, functionality and technical components (ideally working experience of Wave 7 of the eSourcing application and a working knowledge of the enhancements expected in Wave 9)
-Knowledge of the related Sourcing business processes
-Knowledge of any of the following Industry Sectors - Consumer Products, Retail, Complex Product/Discrete Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil and Gas and Local Government in the Public Sector.
-Minimum of 1 full SAP eSourcing project life cycles of significant size, scope and complexity
-SAP SRM and ECC6 knowledge and experience, likely SRM 7.0 and MM
-Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
-Leadership skills demonstrated through project management and/or team lead roles covering planning, reporting, issue & risk management and people management skills
-Commercial awareness.
