My client is a large multi-national In-House organisation based in the East Midlands.
The role for this In-House paralegal will involve providing legal support and subject matter expertise in respect of review of marketing material consumer facing documentation. You will be responsible for the compliance and ensure that all the relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice and internal policies and complied within the framework to manage risk appropriately.
I am looking for a Paralegal who has the following experience:
* Relevant experience in a legal environment (minimum of 12 month legal experience)
* Experience of reviewing documents (to include advertising copy and statutory interpretation)
* Knowledge of relevant regulations impacting on marketing/advertising
* Ability to communicate legally complex concepts in a clear and concise way
* Excellent verbal and written communication
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
