A thriving firm in the West Midlands are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their successful Private Client Team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of private client work including Wills, Probate and Intestacy, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Elderly Client Matters, including Nursing Home Funding matters. Joining a highly regarded team you will have exposure to very good quality work and you will also have an active involvement in marketing and networking events.
The successful candidate will ideally be 5 to 10 years PQE in private client matters, and preference will also be given to applicants with the STEP qualification. You will also have previous experience and an interest in team management as the intention is that you will lead the Private Client Team for this office.
