As one of the UK's leading building engineering services companies our client provide building engineering services to the highest level. Their contracts range from the small single visit contracts supported by our nationwide network of Mobile Engineers, to large residential facilities.
You will be responsible for all PPM and reactive maintenance, faultfinding and minor installation on Electrical building services as well as some minor plumbing work.
The Candidate
Time served/NVQ/C&G qualified in Electrical Engineering disipline
17th Edition Essential
Plumbing knowledge essential
HVAC knowledge desirable
Mechanical knowledge desirable
Worked in a similar role with a facilities maintenance provider
Full UK Drivers licence
