Legal Executive - Commercial Property
Our client is a large, market leading, international business. The increasing amount of legal work into the company has lead to an exciting opportunity for a trainee or qualified Legal Executive to join the small In-house team to initially assist with a commercial property caseload.
Working with a team of talented lawyers you will focus your efforts across the increasing number of leases that the company enters in and out of. Things such as basic lease renewals, preparing legal forms & documents relating to property matters for submission to the Land Registry and assisting the legal counsel with their property workload will therefore form part of your day.
Over the time the role will develop and you will be trained in more general commercial law matters such as confidentiality agreements.
You will have a hard working approach attitude with good interpersonal skills.
