This logistics and transport company are revamping their customer service team and are recruiting a number of additional Customer Care Advisors.
You are likely to have worked in a office environment previously such as a call centre where you'll have provided customer service to clients. In addition to a good clear voice and level of English and basic PC skills you will be able to build effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
As well as taking inbound calls, you will often have to go away and investigate the problem and then follow up to ensure timely and complete resolution. There will also be an element of administration on the database to be part of the role.
The starting salary for the 40 hour week is 13-14500k with a maximum for this grade of 16k
