Rullion is acting as an employment business.
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to work for our well-known client in Glasgow as a Maintenance Helpdesk Advisor. You will be working within the facilities department and taking inbound calls from the company's retail offices around Glasgow, regarding any maintenance issues they are experiencing. The role will involve logging the issues and then contacting external companies to resolve them.
The ideal candidate will have experience taking inbound calls on a volume basis and logging information onto in-house systems. To start immediately, you must be flexible with your working hours and be available until the beginning of October.
