An exciting opportunity has arisen at a Regulatory Body based in East Sussex for a litigation lawyer 3PQE+. The purpose of the role is to provide specialist risk based legal advice, analyse evidence and advise on appropriate litigation strategies. Core accountabilities include: Providing risk-based legal advice on casework where the use of statutory powers is being considered; Advising on suitable litigation strategies to achieve objectives; Contributing to the development of new case strategies. The successful applicant will have relevant legal litigation knowledge to include criminal, civil and regulatory litigation and knowledge of public law.
