Commercial Property Solicitor - Manchester (12 month FTC)
Our client is a medium sized practice which enjoys an outstanding reputation for the niche client base it serves.
A current requirement exists to appoint a commercial property and real estate solicitor initially on a fixed term contract (12 months) with the hope that the role will become permanent. The role is working as part of a partner led team and instructions cover freehold, development and redevelopment projects.
The nature of the role requires a solicitor with not less than 2 years PQE (or equivalent) in real estate and commercial property transactions.
