This top international law firm is looking to recruit a junior to mid-level Real Estate Planning lawyer to work in the firm's London office. The team provides a full planning service which deals with major public inquiries, compulsory acquisition, Inquiries, all planning and infrastructure legal agreement work, tribunals and associated Court litigation. They work across the retail, housing and town centre mixed use redevelopment schemes, as well as infrastructure and linear projects. The team are recognised leaders in handling complex infrastructure and regeneration projects for both the private and public sector.

Some of the recent work that the team have team have recently undertaken includes advising a large city council and its development partners in successfully defending appeal proceedings in the Court of Appeal. They have also successfully defended a leading food retailer in the High Court on a challenge brought by a rival retailer.

The ideal candidate should come from a firm which has a well-regarded planning team, and who wants to work for one of the leading teams where they will be able to work on some of the most high profile cases, and be able to become a true leader in their field. Candidates should also have first class academics and excellent communication skills both written and oral.
