Robinson Keane FP are actively recruiting on behalf of a small manufacturing business based in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically Strong financial accountant to work as part of a small finance team. Suitable candidates will either be working within manufacturing currently or be looking to make their first move from professional practice.
The role:
Reporting into the FD directly you will be responsible for managing one accounts assistant on a daily basis.
You main role will include:
Preparing and posting journals.
Accruals and prepayments.
Producing management accounts.
VAT returns and reporting.
Processing payroll.
Liaising with external auditors.
Suitable candidates will have strong technical accounting skills, have excellent communication skills and advanced Excel skills.
