A Commercial Paralegal is required by a recently established organisation based on The Wirral . The successful Paralegal will assist a team in the management of both contentious and non contentious elements of a caseload and will have the opportunity to develop a career as the team continually grows.

A Commercial Paralegal is wanted to assist on a range of commercial matters, both contentious and non contentious. The team is busy, dealing with anything from the creation and governance of business right the way through to the inception and major milestones.

Applications are invited from Paralegals with at least 1 years experience in areas such as commercial, corporate, IP, contract disputes, property and employment law. Your ambition will match that of the organisation, and technical skills will be complimented by strong business acumen.

This is a must apply role for any Commercial Paralegal serious about their career, by joining the commercial team of this new organisation you will be exposed a hugely varied and challenging case load and a diverse and loyal client base.
