Joining them as Process Quality & Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of a team of technicians, engineers and auditors; being responsible for their motivation, training, personal development and setting of objectives.
Whilst co-ordinating the testing, investigation and feedback of all product related issues, you will liaise with production and all support departments to assist in meeting production targets in quality, cost and delivery in satisfying customer demands. You will be responsible for developing, communicating and maintaining quality system procedures, work instructions and documentation and ensuring staff work to these.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in a senior role within the Automotive industry and will have experience of leading a team of staff. Ideally, they will be educated to a BSC degree level (or equivalent) and will have a Quality certification.

The successful candidate will have the ability to keep calm, constructive and disciplined when under pressure, will be a team player and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates within excellent computer skills and analytical thinking will succeed in this role.
