Highly regarded costing practice based in Merseyside is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Cost Draftsman with a minimum of 12 months experience to join their busy and proactive practice.
Ideal candidates will have experience drafting and scheduling of bill of costs for personal Injury files of various sizes, producing part 8 proceedings, reviewing and valuing bill of costs, experience negotiating bills of costs and reviewing points of dispute are essential.
