Prestigious property company based in the West End looking for all round Residential Sales Administrator. Candidates must be well presented, well-spoken and have a positive attitude to life. Lovely friendly company to work for. Candidates will need to have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, great organisation skills as well as experience using databases, ideally Reapit Property System. Candidates must have previous similar agency experience. You must be able to multi-task and be flexible in your approach on a daily basis. Tasks will include Letter and Report Writing, Co-ordination of Advertising, Website Management, Data Entry, Arranging Artwork, Creating Property Details and Sales Lists, Use of Property Database, Manage ad hoc admin and Liaising with Clients and Applicants. Candidates must be confident and able to deal with a wide range of clientele.
