Evening shift Proof Reader
£28,000 + Benefits
Central London
11 month contract position
My client is a prestigious global law firm who are highly respected in their field and are currently looking for a proof reader to join the evening team for an 11 month contract. This is an autonomous role where you will be working on demanding projects, liaising with other people when necessary, and ensuing that you are constantly producing an exceptionally high level of work. As this is a contract position this role would ideally suit someone looking to start work immediately.
The Role:
This role is an 11 month contract in the document production department where you will be working on a night shift proof reading large documents from other departments within the firm and therefore an exceptional attention to detail is essential.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Formatting large documents
Carry out word to word comparisons of documents
Liaising with different members of staff
Ad hoc duties
Experience:
Ideal candidates for this role will have had previous experience working in a proof reading role in a legal or corporate environment and therefore be comfortable working autonomously with large documents. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable taking initiative where needed if any issues arise.
