Senior Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyer - Hong Kong
A highly rated intellectual property practice located in Hong Kong is looking to recruit a lawyer into their IP team to handle a contentious caseload. It is vital that all applicants are Hong Kong qualified, and are fluent in either Mandarin or Cantonese. The firm handles Intellectual Property work on behalf of several high profile international corporations, with their expertise covering areas including copyright, patents, design rights and trademarks, covering industries including electronics/IT, luxury retail goods, music and entertainment.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a highly rated firm with a well known IP team in Hong Kong or England, before gaining around 5 years of post qualification experience handling contentious intellectual property matters. Whilst not all of this experience does not have to be gained in Hong Kong, qualification in the region is vital, as is fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (preferably both).
