This expanding law firm based in Carmarthen is seeking a high calibre Commercial Property Solicitor / FILEX to join their successful team.
The commercial property team boasts an impressive client base including developers, investors, banks, property companies and high net worth individuals.
The role
You will deal with a broad range of Property matters including Business Leases, commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant matters.
A wealth of expertise and knowledge in general Commercial Property matters is required in order to complement an already thriving and proficient team. You will be amongst highly skilled individuals in an ambitious and progressive environment.
The candidate
Applications are sought from enthusiastic, ambitious Solicitors / FILEX with solid Commercial Property experience gained at either a recognised or regional firm. Excellent academics are also a prerequisite.
A preference is given to those candidates with between 2-4 years PQE, however, applications will be considered from those candidates at all levels of qualification.
You must be proactive and able to manage/prioritise a busy caseload whilst ensuring tailored solutions for clients. You must have excellent communication skills and an ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
