.Net Developer - C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Sharepoint
.Net Developer (C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, SharePoint) required by a leading, innovative professional services firm of 800+ users.
You will be part of a varied development team of responsible for the full lifecycle development of business critical applications used by the firms global user base. This would include a range of desktop and web based applications using the latest technologies as the firm are investing heavily in new systems.
This would involve taking ownership of the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of their new SharePoint 2010 environment.
This would also include developing webparts, web services, user controls, type libraries, workflows, application pages, and the associated presentation technologies. You will become the subject matter expert on SharePoint 2010 and be responsible for leading all related technical projects this would involve.
Other duties include
* Design and development of new and existing solutions that solve business problems and connect disparate systems, based on the SharePoint 2010 platform.
* Developing intuitive UIs (user interfaces).
* Application Lifecycle (improvement, optimisation, maintenance, documentation, testing, source control).
* Analysing initial requirements and the design of code.
* Functional testing of developed applications.
You will have a proven background in bespoke Software Development and be familiar with a combination of C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, BizTalk, WCF. SharePoint experience is beneficial and the firm is willing to train someone on this if they are a strong .Net Developer.
