Position: Shared Performance Officer
Hours per week: Full time, 37 hours per week
Duration: Fixed term contract up to 12 months

Salary: £21,877

ROLE:
The successful applicant will be assisting with the management of day to day team administration of the HR, IT and Customer Services team at South and Vale, including being the service wide Agresso super-user for purchase orders, sales orders and invoicing of a variety of goods and services. They will also assist the shared performance, projects and customer services manager with various aspects of the operation of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Manage the raising of purchase orders and sales orders and processing of supplier invoices and checking/chasing payments for the whole HR, ICT and Customer Service Team at South and Vale.
b) Monitoring and ordering supplies for multi function device printers at South and Vale, processing invoices from supplier and calculate recharges for year end, maintaining stock control and distributing to users.
c) Manage the uploading of procurement tender documents to both websites, South East Business Portal and My Tenders.
d) Assist with purchasing for the service.
e) Update the website and intranet pages for the service, including adding the monthly board report.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Experience of purchasing goods and services.
b) 5 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent level of qualification.
c) Knowledge of the Agresso financial system.
d) Knowledge of website content management systems.
e) Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
f) Ability to prioritise workloads.
