A fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal to work for a top UK law firm, with a strong national and international presence. The position is on a temporary basis and you must have previous experience working at either a top tier UK law firm or a top US law firm in order to be considered.

As a Paralegal you will be responsible for providing general support to the firms legal advisors as well as undertaking various legal duties (for this position you will undertake many of the roles a Trainee would). Below are some of the responsibilities for the position.

· Preparing and updating conditions precedent checklists on transactions and dealing with the collection and coordination of the CPs
· Reviewing and approving companies house searches and formalities documents and conditions precedent on transactions
· Dealing with transaction post completion in including document collation, registrations and bibling
· Drafting minor finance documents such as deeds or release
· Other ad hoc deal related matters

You should be able to demonstrate a desire to work as a Paralegal and be able to show a relevant academic and/ or commercial background. You should be able to demonstrate that you are highly motivated, committed and organised with excellent administrative skills.
